Delivery Information

Delivery will be completed when we deliver the Products to the address you gave us. Where incorrect address details are supplied, we cannot accept liability for lost items. It is your responsibility to make sure the correct details are supplied. If goods go ‘missing’ as a result of incorrect address details being supplied, we cannot replace these free of charge.

The Products will be your responsibility from the completion of delivery.

You own the Products once we have received payment in full, including all applicable delivery charges.

Orders placed during our closure periods (i.e. over Easter or Christmas) will be processed and despatched after we have re-opened. See our 'Contact Us' page for full details of the affected dates.

Next day Delivery option: 'Next day' delivery is valid up until 13.00pm on Monday to Thursday. Any 'Next Day' orders received on a Saturday, Sunday, Bank Holiday, or during a shutdown period will be sent out on the next available working day. Deliveries generally are made on week days. We do not offer a specific Saturday or Sunday delivery although this may happen depending on the courier used.

We cannot guarantee a same day order despatch during sale or promotion periods.

If you choose to ask us to instruct the carrier to leave your parcel in a safe place, such as a shed or porch, please note that this is at your own risk as we cannot claim for items that go missing that are not securely delivered.

Sample orders are sent out using Royal Mail standard postal services so there is no facility for next day delivery on these items unless the order is placed with goods which qualify for a next day delivery service, in which case, they will usually be sent together. Usually delivery of samples and swatch orders are sent out within 7 working days from the date of the order placed, but at busy periods like sale times, and depending on the amount of sample orders received into our system, there could be some delays. Sample orders once processed and cut for your specific needs cannot be cancelled, and are not returnable or refundable.
